Applications:
LIP Epoxy Primer is used on difficult surfaces such as old epoxy floors before applying floor compound or tiles. 
Clean the surface and apply LIP Epoxy Primer. Cast dried sand on top and leave enough sand on the top to be fixed in the primer.
24 hours later remove all loose sand. Now the floor is ready for floor compound or tiles.
